Pro : Intel(R)Xeon(TM) 3.20 Ghz.

When I am running this command start /w ocsetup Microsoft-Hyper-V
 
Its giving error message : The specified Windows Components could not be found</description>

I was facing the same issue installing X64 Bit Windows Server 2008 on  my Q6600 Core 2 Quad system with Intel supported mother board. Host Machine showed it just enabled fine but the GUEST shoed the same prompt while trying to install.
I used the command
start /w ocsetup Microsoft-Hyper-V 
and it seems to be working. M&lt;y machine has rebooted to configure it and feature install is 42 % complete..Crossed fingers here :)
